Proof of Age/Compliance with U.S.C. 18-2257; "18+ Certified" Information:

All explicit adult material on iFriends is fully documented pursuant to USC 18-2257, and all individuals appearing on the service are verified to be at least 18 years of age. In addition to fulfilling the statutory requirements under USC 18-2257, iFriends is the only internet service in the world that voluntarily embeds explicit jpeg image files with an encrypted, tamper-proof, digitally-signed serial number and model-identification information, linking directly to the model's proof-of-age documents (including govt-issue photo ID, executed releases and other materials). Subject to the substantial privacy protections available to iFriends users under iFriends' Privacy Policy, if you are a law-enforcement officer or are otherwise authorized by a court of law to perform 18-2257 inspections, or otherwise wish to confirm that an iFriends chathost is at least 18 years of age, you may click the "Save to my PC" link, and email the unaltered file (as an attachment) to ageverification.legal@iFriends.net. Upon receipt of your email request, iFriends will extract the model's identifying information from the file, decrypt it, and provide you with substantial model identification information (see example).

Adult-oriented material originated through iFriends, and marked "Certified 18+", is the only such material published anywhere in the world — in print or electronic form — with embedded, tamper-proof, digitally-signed and encrypted model-identification information that proves legal age. Interested parties, such as law-enforcement or major internet service companies with adults-only areas that work in cooperation with iFriends, can therefore instantly verify, in real time, that materials available on iFriends – or otherwise carrying the instantaneously-verifiable "iFriends Certified 18+" label – involve only documented adults. Adult-themed material available on the internet which lacks the "iFriends Certified 18+" designation may (or may not be) illegal contraband.

Note: iFriends requires that multiple chathosts appearing together under the same VCH screenname be consenting adults mutually engaged in loving, committed relationships.

All iFriends chathosts are responsible for their own conduct, choose which material to publish, exercise ongoing control over that material, and determine for themselves which geographic regions may access those materials. At the same time, chathosts also are required as a condition of their Agreement with iFriends to adhere to certain content restrictions and swear to uphold the iFriends 'Adult Oath'.
